A Manitoba commission reports over 12 percent of youth have emotional and learning disorders and 144 recommendations. Rossburn Rural Council Reports June Meeting Actions
The Rossburn Rural Municipality held its monthly meeting June 13 with Reeve John Mitchell and councilors present. They adopted the May 9 1972 minutes and May 31 1972 financials, settled Haggard Equipment debt, set October 26 1972 for the 1973 assessment Court of Revision, and directed highway drainage and water issues. Grants to local recreation groups were approved for several programs.
