Bishop Kiprian visits St. Nicholas Church in Canada
His Grace Rt. Rev. Kiprian of Washington DC, appointed bishop for the Russo Greek Orthodox Churches in Canada, visited St. Nicholas Church in Sandy Lake on Sunday June 10. High Mass blessed the Ikonastas as clergy from Winnipeg and the USA assisted. Local chairs welcomed the bishop and parish members praised the church’s completion after the prior building burned. A dinner for about 225 guests followed.
