Cardinals Struggle in MSBL With Rough Start

Sandy Lake gets 19000 grant and loan for sewer work
The Village of Sandy Lake will get a 19000 grant and a 19000 loan from the Manitoba Water Services Board to serve more than 20 First Street lots. Agriculture Minister Samuel Askiw signed the agreement. Work planned for summer 1977 after a 1975 application and a 1976 feasibility report.
