Water pumping units to aid Manitoba farmers
Manitoba Agriculture and Conservation will move water pumping units to western Manitoba this week to fill dugouts in dry areas. Each unit includes a large pump and 4-inch aluminum pipe. farmers apply via municipalities and provide tractor and operator. PFRA will supplement with additional units. rates depend on distance and water source.

Mr and Mrs John Klym drove to Winnipeg Tuesday to meet Mrs Anneschuk and family of St Catharines Ont for a month visit. They plan to live on the groom’s Riv ers, Manitoba farm after a west coast trip.
