Oakourn district hosts reception and family reunion
A reception and family reunion at Myrtle and Tammy Drul home on June 26 honored Myrtle sister Elsie and Bud Forney marriage. The couple wed in Wyandotte Michigan on April 10. Dozens of relatives and friends from Brandon Winnipeg Toronto Thunder Bay Saskatoon Fort Smith and other places visited. A Parkland Association concert at Osha Hall July 17 drew a large crowd with local musicians and a Kowaluk Band.
