Rossburn Summer Festival Showcases Racing and Parade Fun
The Rossburn Summer Festival ran July 12 to 15 with sunny weather, pari mutuel racing drawing crowds to the track. Bingo at the Agri Rec Centre offered a $1,000 jackpot won by Jane Herchak and many other winners across games. A pancake breakfast and main street parade followed, with 19 floats and prizes for Best Original and Best Commercial. The Maxwell Family Reunion bagpiper joined in, along with Redcoats of the Northwest entrants.
