Hospital notes reveal longgone rates and new board appointees
An old September 29 1950 statement shows a 4.00 daily hospital rate, contrasted with the 1981 1982 approved rate of 216.75 per day. New board members include Ernie Drul replacing Alex Cleland and Debbie Sorochynski replacing Vi McKietiuk. Reports say construction stays on schedule for completion in May 1982, with furniture purchases proceeding and gifts to patients praised. The November December stats show discharges, patient days, visits, and tests, and Ollie Mackedenski won the logo contest with a 25.00 prize plaque to be displayed at the Health Centre.
