Columbus Unlucky On Christmas Eve
Columbus and the Santa Maria wreck on Christmas Eve 1492 after a tired crew member yields the tiller to a cabin boy. Chief Guacanagari helps salvage the voyage by sending canoes and hosting a lavish feast and gifts for Columbus and his men.
