Year End Christmas Reflections from Rossburn Column
The writer reviews 1981 year end notes from Rossburn noting farm conditions and lower cattle and hog prices with calls for action. He cites government words but few firm commitments and praises local farmers for sticking it out. The piece ends with holiday reflections and a nod to Hogmanay Scottish customs and a Scottish verse.
