Mr and Mrs John Klym joined by Mr and Mrs Mike Oneschuk and Mr and Mrs Brian Brusegard visited Monday with Mrs Jessie Wall and Mr and Mrs John Wall and family at Decker.
A lengthy roster of guests visited Rossburn and surrounding communities including Mrs. Azad and Jason Gawryluk of Winnipeg, Mrs. Windsor of Calgary, Miss Julie Trakalo of Thunder Bay, Colleen Lazaruk and others in Dauphin Ochre Beach and Rossburn. Return trips included Winnipeg Toronto and Grand Forks with stops at hospitals, weddings, and festival events.
Jackets ordered for Rossburn Hornets have arrived. Contacts are Dwain Lawless, Cst. Denis Martin, or Keith McMurchy. Further orders will be accepted now with a deadline of September 30.
An Open Miscellaneous Shower will be held in honor of Miss Joan Glushka on Sunday September 3 at 2:00 p.m. in the Rossburn Town Hall basement. Everyone welcome.
An open bridal shower for Janette Mackedenski is set for Sunday September 10 at Vista Community Hall at 2.00 p.m. All invited.
The Doctor's Office at the Rossburn Medical Centre will be closed on Saturday September 2.
In loving memory of our father and grandfather who died August 31 1968. The years go by but memories remain forever. Always remembered by Margaret, Charlie, Bernice, Ronnie, Verna, Connie, Aubrey and grandchildren.
