The sixth annual Terry Fox Run on September 14 in Manitoba expects 22,000 participants, a 15 percent rise from last year. The Assiniboine Park route through Royal Canadian Regiment grounds draws over 4,500 participants, with 200 sites province wide. Funds go to the National Cancer Institute for cancer research.
