Beef ROP program to be revamped in Manitoba
The federal provincial Record of Performance Beef program will be revamped in October into three packages introductory commercial and seed stock. The new format lets producers pick the amount of data they collect from calves through yearling weights and management summaries. Enrollment for the 1982 calf crop begins in October with old ROP participants reapplying to choose a package.
