Golden Wedding Anniversary for Mr and Mrs E G McLeod
Mr and Mrs E G McLeod of Solsgirth celebrated their Golden Wedding at home on Sunday April 14 with family and friends from Winnipeg Rossburn and area present. Guests included Mrs A Riley and Mr T Armstrong and congratulatory messages came from Prime Minister Diefenbaker and Manitoba Premier Duff Roblin. The couple retired in Solsgirth in 1958 after 30 years farming in Vista and 15 years in Rothesay districts.
