Park LGD Council meets Parks Canada on park access
A regular meeting of the Park Local Government District council was held April 10 1978 in Russell Manitoba with Reeve Nowalkowski presiding. Parks Canada representatives discussed mutual issues including a new access to Riding Mountain National Park at Onanole and road access to the park. By-laws and financials were reviewed and several measures approved or read a third time.
