Rossburn council approves survey, finance talks and permits
The Rossburn Village Council met March 18 1975 and approved minutes, authorized attendance at a Municipal Finance Meeting in Winnipeg, and planned a special survey for land parcels. It also opposed a motor fuel tax to subsidize Autopac and tabled Fifth Street property transfer. Building permits for Twerdun and Mushumanski were approved and By-law 496 set for remuneration. A new subdivision plan was endorsed, a donation to the Lions Club approved, and fire truck sharing with the RM Rossburn considered. The meeting adjourned to April 10.

Rossburn Council Minutes Push For Wayside Park
The Rural Municipality of Rossburn council met March 17 1975 in Rossburn with Reeve John Mitchell presiding. They discussed adopting February minutes, seeking government action on essential services strikes, obtaining a time commitment from the province for a Wayside Park on PTH 45 near Rossburn, and first readings for several by laws. The meeting approved pension guidelines, a $25 donation to the Rossburn Lions Dental Clinic, road closures and transfers to adjacent owners, ambulance grant of 1080 dollars, and the Municipal Pension Plan progress. The council adjourned to April 21 1975 at 10:00 a.m.
