All able bodied men to report to nearest post with arms and a horse if possible. Arms and ammo taken from non loyal sources. Enlisted militia to be organized into companies under post commanders and active militia until further orders. Enrollments to begin six days after date. furloughs allowed up to ten days. Col Lewis Merrill to oversee St Louis militia enrollment.
