The August 17 1920 joint meeting of Pocahontas and Calhoun counties was chaired by Baker of Calhoun with Gilchrist and Dixon serving as clerks. Minutes from June 20 approved and the engineer W E McClure appointed to investigate Joint Drain No 154 and report. Construction costs for Joint Drain No 918 to be allocated by a committee of Gilchrist and Dixon.
