She played her own composition among selections including Impromptu, Arabesque, Militaire Polonaise and Invitation to the Dance. A ten cent tea followed in the church parlors with proceeds totaling seven dollars.
Miss Elnora Johnson daughter of Andrew L. Johnson and Lena Johnson of Rolfe and Wayne Hendricks son of Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Hendricks married Friday afternoon September 8 at the Norwegian Lutheran church in Fairmont Minnesota officiated by Rev O B Endresen. The bride grew up in Havelock and wore a powder blue taffeta dress with shell pink satin and carried sweet peas. Bridesmaid Olivia Sandvng wore blue flat crepe. groom attended Plover area schools and works in agriculture. he wore brown with Vincent Stoner as escort. A wedding dinner was held at the bride’s sister Mrs Chris Nelson’s farm near Elmore Minnesota. The couple will live with the groom’s parents.
