In Pocahontas Iowa on August 21 1930 the county board awarded contracts for road and bridge projects 6830 5930 6080 and 6130 to Hartman Hansen and Duvall McKinney and approved bids and plans. A drainage district 128 was established with Parsons named construction engineer and bids set for September 10 1930.
