Drainage District Work Receives Board Approval
On August 15 1914 the Board of Supervisors approved reports by A Thornton and L M Rude showing contractors Frank Forbes Ed Clancy and Mason City Brick & Tile Co completed their contracts in Drainage Districts 44 76 and 81 82 respectively. The Iowa Bridge Co bid 24818 for bridges in District 77 was accepted. Salaries for county officers were authorized and hearings on drainage improvements and assessments were scheduled for later dates.
