Falling Timbers Kill Milton Hess at Home
Milton I. Hess age forty died after a silo collapse at his home on the edge of Plover. A rope broke while a crew including A W Hess Allen Heathman and Don ald Borack dismantled the silo. The door frame and staves crushed his head and chest as he tried to flee. He died at 4 30 p m in Dr G A Eversons office. He leaves a widow four children his parents and a sister. Funeral Thursday at the local Methodist church with interment at Powhatan Cemetery. An obituary will follow next week.

She explained cheese origin and nutrition and demonstrated Neufchatel and French cheeses for nineteen women, listing participants and outlining follow up township organization for a clothing project.
