County sheriff and highway patrolmen distribute instructional leaflets titled Are You Walking You to pedestrians along rural highways this month. Officials note statewide drive to cut pedestrian deaths with Iowa reporting 87 fatalities this year and 117 in 1939. Leaflets advise facing traffic and not walking on highways unless necessary.
