Donna Rickard, daughter of Mrs. Charlotte Rickard of Relfe, was among 259 students awarded diplomas on September 24 at the Hawkeye Institute of Technology in Waterloo. Donna, a 1914 graduate of Relfe Community School, completed the Practical Nurses' Course as Harold Brock, HIT Board president, presented the diplomas. National 4-H Week is October 11 with the theme 4-H 76 Spirit of Tomorrow.
