County Auxiliary Met Friday Afternoon in Plover
The Legion Auxiliary hosted the Plover county meeting in the Legion hall with nine units represented. Sixty nine members registered. reports highlighted the 8th district Junior Auxiliary conference, donations to several projects, and Christmas treats for Woodward. Plover Presbyterian Westminster Fellowship meets Thursday at 7:00 p.m. with a thrift bazaar and lunch. session meets Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. Sunday school is at 10:00 a.m. November 23 sermon titled Destroyers of Faith. Thanksgiving services to be held at Methodist church Thursday morning at 9:00. Plover Church of the Open Bible lists services and Bible study. A new calculator gift and required used items for the dining room are noted by church groups.
