Local Dinners and Visits Highlight Humboldt Community News
Mrs. Helen Nielsen hosted a Sunday dinner at Star restaurant Humboldt for the Nielsen family of Fairmont and guests from Lake City Emmetsburg and Sioux City. Weekend visitors included Lori Poduska and relatives in Laurens and Fort Dodge. Community members attended Lutheran services in Callender with Rev. Conrad Thompson as guest speaker. Mourning families of Hood from Rockford and Yuma returned after arrangements for I W Hood’s death.
