Plover High School Baccalaureate Held at M BE Church
Rev L N Moody preached the baccalaureate sermon for Plover high school graduates at the M B E church. Rev Huber assisted, the choir led by Mrs Moody provided music, and the service drew a full house despite afternoon rain. Mrs R Rutledge traveled to Des Moines for eye treatment and little Beatrice McFadzen recovered from a fall with pneumonia fears eased.

The Baccalaureate service at the M E church drew a large audience with Rev Moody delivering a noted address on Mark 8 36 What shall it profit a man if he gain the whole world and lose his own soul Six children were baptized at the communion service and three members joined the church Mrs Geo Henderson and Oscar Phillips by letter and Mrs Calhoun on profession of faith Next Sunday the Gospel Team from Rolfe Presbyterian led by Ray Ferguson will conduct the evening service inviting a large crowd for encouragement
