Sorsis Club closes season with luncheon in Pocahontas
Sorosis Club members enjoyed a luncheon at Sadie's in Pocahontas on Thursday May 10. After lunch the group toured the Mefford home in Laurens. Officers for the 1973 74 year are Mrs Gary Beekman president Mrs Charles Anderson vice president and Mrs Gary Olson secretary treasurer.

Tuesday Club Hosts Senior Tea at Methodist Church
Tuesday Club met May 8 in the Methodist Church parlors with the Senior girls and guests Misses Blewett and Frush for the Senior Tea. Corsages were given on arrival. Doris Henderson welcomed attendees and outlined club projects. Jan Elle Sernell and Mary Jane Freeman performed a saxophone duet with readings, and Yuki Ogawa demonstrated Japanese doll making.
