Pocahontas county farmers who exceed their wheat acreage allotment may dispose of excess wheat if the plan is approved by May first. Harry L. Lund warns that identification on the Farm Plan for Participation is required and township committees must mark acres and location on the map. After marking, disposal may support biennial or perennial legumes or grasses with no wheat remaining as grain or hay.
