The Arrow announces a Good Will Subscription Campaign open June 16 to July 30, 1938. Only non staff may enter. self nominations allowed. Nominations require campaign manager approval and rules cover votes, commissions, prizes, and discipline for workers.
Subscription periods set vote amounts up to July 6 with yearly increases and club bonuses. From July 6 to July 13 one year to five year subscriptions receive tiered votes plus club bonuses, then July 13 to July 20 and July 20 to July 30 continue with further per period votes and club credits.
