Mrs. Hattie Chapman expresses gratitude for the many ecards and letters received during hospitalization and after returning home, noting the kindness of friends and neighbors.

Mrs Esther Curry and family attend the Luverne Lutheran Church baptism of Beverly Ann Curry daughter of Owen andMrs Curry of LuVerne. Rev R T Mueller officiated with sponsors Howard Curry of Bede. Dinner followed at the Owen Curry home. The Meyers family reunion was also noted at West.
Sunday visits linked to Granger, Forest City, and Ottosen families. Reunions include Halsrud in Bode with attendees from Toronto and Fort Dodge. Good-Luck 4-H achievement night in Bradgate draws 19 girls and mothers. judges from Ottosen. Visitations extend to Humboldt, Ottosen, and Storm Lake as relatives travel.
