Rolfe Iowa to Sell Two City Alleys at Aug 2 Meeting
Public notice states the Incorporated Town of Rolfe will auction two parcels of real estate at its 7 30 PM council meeting on Wednesday August 2 1972. Parcel 1 describes the alley between Lot 2 and Lot 8 and the north half of the same alley in Block 15 Third Addition Rolfe. Parcel 2 covers the south half of the same alley between Lot 2 and Lot 7. Bids for either or both parcels must be submitted to the Town Clerk by 7 30 PM August 2 1972.
