Rolfe community notes highlight family visits and outings
The Rolfe diary records Mrs. Doolithr and Mrs. Sidney Swanson visiting relatives, many local families traveling to Lost Island Lake and Twin Lakes for Fourth of July celebrations, and numerous neighbors spending the holiday with kin. Attending colleges and regional trips are noted alongside planter and merchant mentions.
