President's War on Poverty expands Rural Farmers Home Administration program in Iowa. 84 FHA offices across 99 counties begin accepting loans up to 2500 for low income rural residents and cooperatives with terms up to 15 years for individuals and up to 30 years for cooperatives, with 4 1/8 percent interest and direct FHA management assistance.
