Mid-America Chorale concert in Des Moines area
The Mid-America Chorale plans an evening concert at 7:30 p.m. in Des Moines area venues. The regional professional ensemble, formed last summer, rehearses a program of Renaissance and new works from 1967. The $266000 Pace funded project aims to produce instructional materials for vocal teachers and to showcase contemporary and revival music through qualified young artists from several states.
