Rolfe State Bank Holds Annual Meeting Two Promotions Approved
Rolfe State Bank stockholders met on Thursday January 8 approving two staff promotions Don Shoemaker to Vice President and Rob Dixon to Cashier. The meeting also authorized a stock dividend doubling Capital Stock to 200000 and re elected officers and directors. Remodeling progress includes two new offices a meeting room and a kitchenette with an open house planned soon.
