Rolfe Council Approves Library Budget for 1975 76

The Rolfe Public Library budget of 4836 dollars for July 1 1975 to June 30 1976 was approved by the council. It is funded by a 3 mill city levy and a 1/4 mill rural Pocahontas levy, with hours to extend and no user charges. The meeting also discussed converting remaining street lights to mercury vapor, costing an extra 23.10 per month, as part of ongoing upgrades.
