Pocahontas County Board Proceedings 1941 Bounties and Bonds
The Pocahontas County Board sets 1941 bounty rates for starlings pocket gophers sand hogs crows adult fox cub fox and fixes salaries for county staff. It designates depositories for public funds assigns drainage and clerk duties and approves bonds for numerous officials. The board adjourns to Jan 7 1941 and later approves officer reports and a $3000 Farm Bureau appropriation for 1941 with monthly warrants.
