In Kimmetsburg Iowa December 20 1922 the boards from Pocahontas and Palo Alto counties met to discuss Joint Drainage District No 63 with W P Hopkins elected chairman and W T Kreiver as secretary. The petition by I P Comer and others was approved and engineer Fred Malcolm tasked to file a report while further proceedings were adjourned to the auditors call. Hopkins urged caution urging satisfaction tomorrow.
