The chairman and secretary certify the proceedings of the stockholders.
The Rolfe State Bank of Rolfe Iowa certifies that on December 18 1948 G G Butler and E P Lomen acted as chairman and secretary at a stockholders meeting and approved the proceedings as true and correct copies with the directors attesting to the official act and seal of the bank.
