Pocahontas County Supervisors Authorize Tax Compromise
In Pocahontas Iowa on February 7 1961 the Board of Supervisors met in special session with J M Bush Gil bert Ellis Henby Oaken and P J Harrold present. Ellis named as Chairman Pro Tem and they approved Emil Johansen's tax compromise totaling 331.87 for 1930 1932 1933 1934 1935 1936 1938 1940 1941 1942 1943 1944 1945 and 1949 for 260.00 noting no lien on real estate and authorizing a written agreement per Section 445.19 Code of Iowa 1950. Marie Pavik County Auditor dated February 20 1951.
