Advertising as core force in retail sales strategy
A dealer must create consumer demand through advertising rather than relying solely on sales staff. Advertising is a fundamental, creative influence that shapes demand and sustains business, while mere product pitching by salespeople leads to failure. Dealers should inform customers about quality and merit to ease buying.
