Editor Loses His Tonsils in Fort Dodge Surgery
Last Friday morning Mr and Mrs Marion Bruce visited Fort Dodge for tonsil removal by Dr S B Chase under local anaesthetic. The procedure was painless and quick, followed by a brief fainting spell to control bleeding. After four days the writer resumes solid food and feels much better, advising others considering the operation that the process is no more painful than a pimple and the recovery is comparable to a hard bout of tonsillitis.
