Town Council approves garage lease for town hall use

City leaders authorize mayor and clerk to lease the vacated Donhowe Motor garage on Main Street to Paul Knudtson for 25 dollars monthly through April 1, 1932. The move delays buying or building a town hall and consolidates town equipment storage including the fire truck and voting machines. A power lawn mower purchase was discussed but not decided, and traffic signs were bought to align with the new ordinance. The town also replaced old hose with 400 feet of double jacket cotton hose for the fire department.
