County commissioners have fixed the tax levy after a week in session. School bonds saw a two mill cut with $3,000 paid toward debt, and the high school construction levy will be about eight mills. Overall, school levies drop from 27 to 24 mills, while city county and state levies fall from 72 to 66 mills, easing local taxes.
