Bonds approved for A W Phillips as county physician and A W Miller as contractor for removing and erecting a bridge. Otero county insane at Hubert Work private hospital cost 216 dollars. 1899 printing awarded to Ford Times-Republican. 2001 resident taxpayers named as jurors for district court. Next meeting March 6. February 22 event listings: Mrs Jarley will exhibit at the opera house February 29 with multiple chambers of curiosities and wonders.
