Mrs Nancy Rimstidt Dies After Illness at 78
Mrs Nancy Rimstidt died Tuesday at Grandview after visiting relatives in Memphis Tennessee. She was 78 and died of old age. The body was moved to Rockport where funeral services Friday at 10 AM will be held by Rev S L Todd at Wm Olisch home and burial at Sunset Hill cemetery. She had long resided in Rockport and is survived by three daughters Mrs John Ravens Clay Township Mrs Wm Weigel Louisville Kentucky and Mrs David Hotchkiss Memphis Tennessee and three sons all in the west.

Miss Mariel Weiss took first honors in the declaiming contest at the high school on Thursday morning. In the afternoon Miss Julia Mason was voted the best declaimer in the grades. Miss Mabel Weiss led her grade with 94.2 percent, while Miss Julia Mason had 94.3 percent. The successful contestant will represent Rockport in the county contest held here on Saturday.
