Mrs. Anne Greathouse Burkhart aged 84 died at the home of her sister in this city after a several weeks illness. She left two sons Charles and John and two sisters Mrs. Margaret Wright 90 and Mrs. Sallie Wright 76. Funeral services were held at the Methodist Church in Shiloh cemetery.

Fatal Injuries At Rockport Planing Mill
Galen Hudson an employee of the Rockport Planing Mill Co. was fatally injured Thursday at the Washington street mill while sawing lumber a board struck him breaking three fingers and causing internal injuries that led to death He died at home on Elm street between Fourth and Fifth streets at 8 80 Saturday evening He was years old survived by wife and four daughters and funeral services were held at the Evangelical Church with burial at Sunset Hill. Samuel Allen fourteen son of Mr and Mrs Robert Stuteville died Monday of tuberculosis at Everett Brand s home in Fifth street He had been ill since April and had come to Rockport with his mother June 9th Funeral and burial were held in this city Wednesday morning Alma Kirchgessner graduated from the Academy of Immaculate Conception Ferdinand after completing business plus music studies Her father Joseph Kirchgessner and siblings attended the commencement and Alma returned home for the summer vacation.

Dr T J Lamar Dies In Evansville Hospital At 73
Dr T J Lamar of Boonville died Monday at an Evansville hospital after ten days of treatment. He was 73 and survived by wife three daughters Anna and Lydia Lamar of Boonville and Nettie Hall of Cook Minn and son Charles Lamar of Boonville. He was brother of the late Dr H L Lamar. Funeral was held Wednesday in Boonville with burial there. He was reared in Gentryville and practiced dentistry in Boonville for about forty years until ill health. Attending from Rockport were Mrs H J Lamar Mrs Ed Squars Mrs Hall Rhoades and R M Gentry.
