Witness Endorsement Rules Change for Pension Checks

New interior department rules require pension checks to be signed ink endorsed by the pensioner with two witnesses signing back certificates simultaneously. If the pensioner signs by mark no extra witnesses needed. Notaries not required. Witnesses need not accompany to bank unless requested. Pension certicate numbers must match the check. Government saves mailing costs and checks arrive by the fourth of the month. Mrs Fanny Brother and children visited French Lick, guest of W H Brother.
