Weiss has built a notable herd from top stock farms in town and Nebraska, with fifty two brood sows and three males to be auctioned, including a standout 700 sow. The event attracts out-of-town guests and includes post-sale dining at the sale location.
The auxiliary met Tuesday afternoon at Mrs. C. C. Mason's Third Street home. Hostess committee included Mrs. Mason, Join Biggs, J. G. Baum, W. F. Adams, and Miss Ida D. Armstrong. A salad luncheon followed. out of town guests were Mrs. W. S. Richards of Chickasha Oklahoma and Mrs. August Hoch of Owensboro Kentucky.
