Notice under Section 357 of the 1931 Code A town Iowa incorporation of the Rock Valley Sales Company is recorded with articles of incorporation stating its members form a corporate body under Chapter 348 and adopt Articles of Incorporation and assume powers rights duties and obligations under Iowa law.
Articles outline Rock Valley Sales Company to operate as a holding and sales firm for live stock and personal property in Rock Valley Iowa. Capital stock set at $10,060, common shares, with board of 2-7 directors, 20 year term, and amendments by two thirds stockholder vote. Notarized August 1935 by five incorporators.
H. M. Sheynan, a noted Chicago rupture specialist, will appear at the Cataract Hotel in Sioux Falls on September 21 22 and 23 from 9 AM to 4:30 PM. He promotes the Zoetie Shield as a non surgical method claiming immediate results and improvement in circulation and support. He has 15 years as assistant to FE B. Seeley, a famed rupture expert.

Rock Valley Iowa held a September 3 1935 council meeting in the town hall with Mayor C Suter and councilmen Vander Meer Collenbaugh Jacobs Vander Well and Kearns present. Minutes from August 6 1925 were approved. Bills were approved for Wm Higtoevean Roth Valley Bee Ott Labor and street and pumping services. Peter Klein sought a gasoline pump permit on Mitchell Street and a committee of Vander Well and Vander Meer was appointed to review. Treasurer and Weissmaster reports were read and approved. The meeting adjourned.
